Style Usernames?

Subject says it all, what file do i tamper with to change the appearance of my members usernames, i know there's a mod to make them glow but i don't want it for everyone i want to edit it only for specific people, can you point me in the right direction..

Where do you want the effect? In posts? On the board index? In the info centre? Memberlist?

Thing is, the code required would be different for different locations. Also, do you mean for specific members, or specific membergroups? The latter is simpler, but the former is possible.

I want it to be for one or two specific members, and which ever one is better, personally i would like it to show up on everything (memberlist profile who's online list posts etc..) but since i don't have the knowledge or experience to deal with php easily ill take whatever is given (:
