Yup, also thought about that. But hey, why not? :P
I'm just trying to figure out why instead of suppressing the error... Something weird in cache will probably mess up other stuff later, not?
Se forem conduzir, não bebam. Se forem beber... CHAMEM-ME!!!! :D

I'll change the file to 755

If that doesn't solve the problem I'll take Arantor's advice.

Though I'd much rather fix the problem rather than ignore it.

Arantor

Not really... suppressing the filesize check will just mean the cache file won't be loaded. Could even just turn caching off, I guess. Since it's seemingly only for the modSettings which won't work properly anyway in 2.0... it's safe to suppress the error anyway.

damowhite666

How would I go about turning caching off?

Arantor

You would do the @ first.

Turning caching off will have adverse effects on performance elsewhere.

Ah... Well I'll leave it on then.

Just had another message from my host saying they've made a few changes to folder permissions on my account.

I'll see if this fixes it, if not... The error only happens now and again so I'll stick an @ in the code to stop it from showing.

In the end I just re-installed the whole forum starting from scratch, this has fixed the problem... Must have been something wrong with the installation files from my host.

Nevermind!

Thanks for all the help guys, really appreciate it :)
