Moderator permissions for the selected topic

Is it possible to set moderator permissions only for the selected topic?

if the person created the topic there are permissions for deleting replies from own topic etc, but otherwise no way to do what you want.

As illori says, only if the user is the original author of the topic.

smf doesnot do permussions per topic
