Verification Questions - code location?

I have activated Verification Questions at registration and I would like to change how the field is displayed (so that question is on left side and field on right side), but I don't know what file to edit for that, so can someone help me out to find it?

Last I looked, on all sites I been to that has verification questions, the question has always been on the left and answer field on the right.
