Mystery Error

I hope I'm posting this in the right place. Not sure what's going on here as I haven't done anything with the forum and it was fine last night. This morning I came on to find a strange error. I tried re-uploading the files below to no avail. Not sure what happened from 2 am last night till now. Any help would be appreciated.
