UTF-8 Problem

I have one small problem. Using č,ć,ž,đ,š works, but when you're typing reply and when someone before you reply, all this become some strange symbols (Ä,Å,ć).

any help with this, or should i reinstall on the end ?

Are you definitely using UTF-8 in your SMF configuration and is your database set to use UTF-8 as well?

Yes, i do. Problem started 2 months ago, and didn't do anything special on forum.

The error you're getting suggests that you're actually not entirely UTF-8 everywhere...
