Displaying a latest 10 posts box in my site...

I would like someone to quickly chuck together an example of how to show a table of the last 10 posts in my SMF forums.. this will go into my website which is created aside from SMF...

wow that has helped witheverything but what i need mostly... there is no example in there telling me how to create a table of the last 10 posts...

Anyome which could make one using the SSI.php then please help!
