False alerts?

If the alert option "When a post of mine is quoted (when I'm not already watching that topic)" is enabled the forum displays alerts for no apparent reason.  The alert list can be emptied, and alerts Mark Read yet they still show, even if no new posts have been made at all.  What other info should be included here?  lol.  Does anyone have ideas for a solution?  Thanks!

Due to the fact there are some phone emojis thrown in the mix.  Maybe those things should be searched and destroyed.  lol.  Though you guys would be far better at determining if there is a correlation.

The errors are redundant.

Perhaps it should also be said some alerts work.  If a joins and mentions work for sure.  Haven't tried a report.  Quotes are not working properly, though the alert count increases.

Quotes do not show in the alert list.  I thought quotes did increase the alert count but it appears that may not be the case.  Not sure what is increasing the alert count.
