I only have .rar file, so just go to Ftp upload the skin, and then just install the skin via Admin Cp. It should be easy..

Extract everything from the archive using a program such as UltimateZip or WinRar. Then, upload everything to a new folder in your Themes directory via FTP, and go to Admin -> Theme and Layout Settings and enter the appropriate information in the "From a directory" box.
