Membergroup Based Avatar Galleries?

Hello, I'm trying to find a way to have different member groups access different avatars like moderaters having their own gallery folder and also higher post count ranks getting access to more gallery folders, I've been trying to find a modification for this but I can't find one anywhere, does anyone know where I can find a mod for this or how I can do it?
