Changing News

I have recently installed SMF 2.0.9

It has

"News: SMF - Just Installed!"

on the header.

I have changed everything on the forum I wanted, but I don't know how to change the news.

Are you looking to just change the news items, or the whole news area?

Features & Options
Package Manager
Error Log
Permissions


And If I click on Admin ...
I don't see anything like this
I see:

Support and Credits
Features and Options
Forum Maintenance
Permissions
Themes and Layout
Package Manager
Smileys and Message Icons
Members
