SMF looks un styled?

I just tried installing smf 2 times, i installed once then tried reinstalling but it keeps showing up like its non styled

I use the anecdota theme, and i want to change the News and id like to change the "My community" at the top, i changed under settings. But didn't work.

News you can change in menu: Admin/Main/HelpNews and Newsletters...

My community logo you can change in your theme folder: Themes/anecdota/images/img/logo.png

The logo did not change, it still says My Community, and the logo.png was just a white background.

100% the logo is in folder Themes/anecdota/images/img/logo.png

On your FTP Themes/anecdota_205/images/img/logo.png This is the My community logo.
