adding custom BBCodes

Could I please ask for some hep on this, I am testing out 2.1 Beta1 as a possibility for my new forum, I have tried to find a place in the admin panel for 2.1 Beta1 for adding my own custom BBCodes and cannot find it anywhere!

Do I need to change something to make it show up like the custom post icons feature?

All I really need to add is the option to float and image left or right with text wrapped for articles.

I am very grateful for your kind reply and for the very helpful resource you linked me to, that worked superbly well, thank you.

I did look into using a modification here to make it so I could add my own BBCodes but I only really needed the image float, now I have that in place and it is working very well, thank you again, very much appreciated.
