Multi language in site!

Hi!
I add a new language other english. At the monent, User only used one language by me set. I want user can choose favorite language.
But I do not know way to add all language in my site.
Ext:  On the my site will display:    English | Vietnamese
User can choose English or Vietnamese to display.
Please intro for me

You can use something like this and link them up with images

oh thank for you reply.
But i do not know. I think , I only copy files language: (ext: *.vietnamese.php) to default folder in Themes. OK?
Sorry because i'm newbie.

no if oyu have the language installed all you have to do is use a link like i provided to change bet them.
?language=english
?language=vietnamese

 . What have i change file? File?. Have you copy *.vietnamese.php to default in Themes? Or i only change link like you? Please intro extract for me.
