Why is first attachments pic it is not small size?

I used Thumbnail on Topic Listing mod for 2.0.10 sfm board but in first page that pic is not small size(same size in forum)
How to fix it?

You are probably going to have a better response asking that question in the mod support topic- http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=232539.0

That being said...check in your admin panel.

Admin>>Configuration>>Modification Settings>>Miscellaneous and look for  "Thumbnail Topic Height" and "Thumbnail Topic Width" to change the thumbnail on topic image size/settings.
