Hello,
This is my first post on the forum. I love this theme and we are using it for two different forums.

I am an admin tasked with trying to bring our sites fully to https protocol. We have security certificates installed but the theme looks odd in https as if some of the fonts didn't carry over. Also we had issues with the redirect to https.

I am wondering if there is someone here who is using this theme in https now and how the transition from http to https went and if there are any other threads I should be looking at to help.

Thank you!

Well look at the index.template.php in the url of the head that you have to change it in HTTPS because it is a problem I passed last. Also look at the theme url some values you have to change it manually or using the repair_setting.php.

Thank you Rock Lee, that makes sense. We are going to be trying this move to https again in a week or so so hoping for better luck this time.

So we got pretty far today but there are still these errors. When we go into server cpanel we can't find these exact php files to fix these code errors.
We are running a mental health forum so I am trying to keep URL out of public searchable info. Any help or ideas on this?

Also, smileys are missing  ;D

As @Kindred says you have to repair all the http routes you have in the forum (I have some doubts but via .htaccess you can do this).

No, htaccess will not work for this. You have to fix the actual forum url settings

would be another tool to force everything to https (I thought I was forcing him to be sure).

Thank you both !
The site has the green padlock now, no error messages, still some weirdness with fonts but we will fix that hopefully as it seems to be Theme specific.

When we ran the test on whynopadlock earlier we had not forced the https in the htacess file but had gotten the https working. It took us about 3 hours today to wrap our brains around this. We don't do this for a living.....

One forum down, one to go.... Will be working on that one in the New Year.

There's quite few things that can cause that, and it may not be related to theme itself though.
It may be a good idea to start separate topic about that, but you should look into the source code and see what's going on there.

I would like to change the text color of the dropdown admin menu in the topic list (remove, lock, sticky, etc.) and the dropdown list with boards.
The background is white, and the text color is also white.
The problem is annoying for the Admin

I installed this theme and seems that all typefaces are in serif mode.

I found this strange since all examples of this theme are in sans serif.

In serif mode it is hard to read... especially in sections where headings are all in CAPS.

I looked in the css and all mentions to fonts seem to be in sans.

What could be causing this -

The Exodus theme is set as 'Overall dafault'.

Any update for 2.1?

Maybe later this year, or possibly next month if I get a chance to do so.

I've just installed this theme to see how my members like it, particularly on their mobile devises. I only ever use a computer myself, and so far am liking your theme. Thank you.
I have noticed though that I no longer see my favicon in the browser tab. Is there an easy fix for this?

Any updates on possibly making this theme compatible with SMF 2.1.3? Is there anything we can do to help? I'm not a developer myself but have access to some dev resources, if I knew what it took...
