Looked around and I can't find an option to. Themes I found. Mods I've found. Buttons I don't see anywhere in the admin panel.

Use ftp and upload the buttons to your Themes/theme*/images/languages* directory, where theme* is the theme you want to use the buttons on and languages is the language you are using.
