Impossible d'accéder à l'administration des paquets

lorsque je veux accéder à l'administration des paquets par l'administration général, mon proxy me retourne

Sinon jai impossible d'afficher la page  sous IE etc..

J'ai essayé 3 hebergements diff (au cas ou..), en mettant le theme par défaut et en anglais (comme jai pris la v beta du fr alors que j'ai la rc1, je mettais dis "au cas ou")

Merci de m'aider, c'est relativement urgent
