CSS problem

I seem to have changed the back ground and the text color of where it tells members how many topics and posts are in each section. I think it is also linked to what is found inside the Admin CP because i can not see most of the text in there any more. Could you tell me what i need to change back to #ffffff so i can see it all again?

Try changing the colors of windowbg and windowbg2. Also, take a look at this tutorial, it might be helpful
