If I want to send newsletters to all members and in the subject it shows :Subject instead of Bharat forum: Subject, how can I fix it?

I'm confused. In a normal install, you get the community name already suggested in the subject (see attached "My Community").
Doesn't it show up to you?

Do you have a forum name defined in Configuration --> Server Settings?

I removed Forum name because I have the name on our new logo, that's why I wonder what can be done?

put the name back and that will solve this issue.

if you have issues with your logo, then we can look into those separately.

because it is used in many other places as you can see here. if you need the forum name removed from your template we can do that. but you NEED to have it in that field due to where it is used in SMF.

I tried to put some other message instead of forum name and it appeared in the center not on the left side as it used to be. Is it possible to have it on the left and I need to keep the logo in the center.

Whatever you put in the "subject" box there will be used as the subject of the email. If you want "Forum name: subject", then use that as the subject...

Oldiesmann....  the user has apparently tried to bypass some OTEHR things that he wants changed by blanking out the forum name in the settings...

bharat, this is the wrong way to "fix" things...   don't do it.
Put the forum name back into the settings and address the other locations that it is appearing by changing the code -- not by blanking a NECESSARY FIELD

I can put it back but now it appears right in the center and I would like to keep it in the left how it used to be. Can I change it somehow?

I'm guessing it appears in the center because of the other code of mine. Because it's supposed to center the name/logo which usually shows on the left and not the slogan on the right

I understand that it happened because I put logo in the center but can it be still in the left or right, because I want to keep the logo in the center. Also is it possible that the name of the forum look smaller on the main page?

Everything is possible. But you are shooting so many questions at once that it becomes impossible to follow

First things first: your logo. Can you take a printscreen of the complete header and draw in the picture what you'd like to get?
And can we have a link to your forum, to check?

When you have a logo defined you don't get the forum name. It's on the code

It's easy to have both displayed, it's not that easy to have the name on the left and the logo on the center because they are both part of #top_section which has text-align:center

i dont think the OP wants the forum name to show, but wants it to be "present" so it can used in the other SMF functions.

Well, I don't want forum name to be displayed twice but when I removed it the newsletters subject doesn't look correct that's why I was wondering if I can still add it in the Subject.

don't say "well, I want this" in one post... and then say that you want something slightly different in another... and something even more different in a third.

You have put your forum into a bad state of code because you have not been clear about what you want - or you have changed your mind or your requirements after applying code given to you to do the first thing.

I think I explained earlier what I really want and as I understood it is not possible, please correct me if I am wrong. I would like to keep the banner in the center but to have forum name on the left side how it is used to be because if I remove it completely the newsletters Subject doesn't look correct. So if I really need to keep the name in the center now, I would like to make it smaller and different color.

You don't need to keep the name. Please add it back in Server Settings so that we can see how it looks.
Based on the code I've shown, when you have the logo you shouldn't have the name but we'll see.

did you make your forum name "Welcome"? if so that is why. your forum name most likely should not be welcome.

I put welcome just to test but as you can see there is a name of the forum in the banner itself.

Exactly as I told you before.

You replaced SMF's logo with your own, and that logo usually stays on the right side of the template, yours is centered just because of your theme's layout.
You should put this image's URL
http://forum.bharatconnect.net/Themes/default/images/smflogo.png
in ACP --> Configuration --> Current Theme --> Logo image URL
and this will put the logo where the site name is.

But you also need to do the other code change I pointed you, or else you'll end up with 2 logos!

I did what you told just now, first logo disappeared when I changed the code and then I added the logo here: ACP --> Configuration --> Current Theme --> Logo image URL
The problem is that when I want to send Newsletters the Subject still look like this: : Subject, instead of Bharat forum: Subject

and that is because -- as we have told you about 23 times now -- you have blanked out the forum name in the forum server settings.  PUT THE NAME BACK IN TO THE FIELD!

Please put the forum name back in the field. You'll be pleasantly surprised that it will NOT show up around your logo now.

Sorry, I meant the name of the forum on the left and not in the center. I just wrote the name again and it is not shown on the main page!!! That's what exactly what I needed, thanks a lot for your help, it was very useful for me!!!
