I want to know some few questions..
How do i change the headings on my board.(i am using default)

what do you mean by heading?
if you mean to change the forum name, go to admin->server settings-> forum name
if you mean to put your logo, go to admin-> current theme-> forum logo url
if you mean to change the top right SMF logo, then go your SMF forum directory and find this file:

/Themes/default/index.template.php

then search smflogo.gif and change the whole line that belongs to it.
