White page after migration

I change to a new server recently, both server still working.
On my old serveur everything work fine. But on new serveur jsut a white page appear
OLD:   hxxp:uni-action.com/forum/ [nonactive]
NEW:  158.69.209.250/~uniactionadmin/forum/

Eventually that will be back at the main adresse but i try to make it work on the new serveur first.

How I migrated it:
I copie data from older serveur, copie database and create back database user.

Now I only have a white page with noting on it. The index.php is the same then the one on the old server that still work.

WHat I did wrong? Did simplemachine ahrd code url or something like this?
PLease help, I can give access info in private if require.

Welcome to SMF .  Please can you provide the version of the forum software which you are using.

and yes....   the software has the URL *AND* the server paths coded into settings both in the Settings.php file and the database
