Is not working when I click on it.  How do I fix this?

Not working is not a useful description.

When I click on B, I, U, font color, font size, etc Nothing happens.  So say I click on link or mail to button.  Nothing happens across the board.  Not even during post or pm etc.

Sounds like you have a JavaScript error.

What version of smf?
What mods installed?
What theme?
URL?

Was using Microsoft Edge and when I downloaded chrome..  It works..

Oh yeah...n there's an issue with edge.  They went and broke standards again...
