Step by step guide to dokuwiki

The best tutorial i can find until now is this https://blog.dbrgn.ch/2009/9/1/integrate-dokuwiki-with-smf/
but some of the file are missing such as

Get the file smfauth.class.php (version 0.3) from here and put it inside your wiki/inc/auth/ directory

the link is dead so i cannot download the smfauth.class.php (version 0.3)

i don't think this is the best tutorial out there
