Chrome keeps editing the size tag

In the attachment when i go to edit a post to add additional content everything gets auto edited and the /size starts appearing everywhere. This is using the default core theme.

Could this be a chrome issue? Or SMF issue?

are you using the WYSIYGW editor? if so, stop. it is very buggy and will not be fixed in SMF 2.0.
