ICC profile support for uploaded images

Hi,

We have noticed that after uploading a picture to the forum, the ICC profile gets discarded which results in incorrect display of the colors. It looks like the following line is missing when comparing original vs uploaded picture: <photoshop:ICCProfile>Adobe RGB (1998)</photoshop:ICCProfile>

Is it possible to introduce support for this?

Try uncheck " Re-encode potentially dangerous image attachments "   under attachments and avatars -> attachment settings

We are not going to change it as it says it could be security risk. Do you know of any other method?

No. Since that function is meant to strip things that look like html tags

Maybe a possibility to override this and accept lines which include some specific string?
