How can i put in series of my ranks ?
1)Community Owner
2)Owners
3)Global Moderator
4)Head-Admin
5)Anti-Cheat
6)Senior-Admin
7)Public-Admin
8)VIP

i think the op wants them in a specific order. by default you cant do this. i think there is a mod that allows you to order them.
