is there any mod / plugin ..that lock the link posted on boards ? and can be opened just by giving permission ? and can be managed by the admin??

Are you trying to prevent spammers from posting links on your site?

no ..the idea ..is to take control of the link to not be shown ..just for whom i give permission . links that admin are posting on boards

for example they cant see the link .. only if they register .. something like this . they should register first ..as I saw this feature available at MYBB FORUM .

well, first of all - you are mistaken if you think that hiding content and only making it available after registration will lead to more users.
It won't -- many times, it has the opposite effect - people get annoyed and leave your site to find the information elsewhere...
