I copied ALL files 100% from the Old Server (which is found at https://gljclan.de) and currently online :[

If that forum is working and fine, then the best way to transfer and troubleshoot would be to use SMF's internal feature for exporting a back-up and then installing all the mods and theme from scratch. Note if you do this, you will lose all your mod settings etc.
