Would like information on how to embad Google spread sheet into our forum

I am a senior member of the USVAF, which is a virtual airlines for flightsim x. We have created a form and resulting spreadsheet that we would like to embed in to our forums. The program does export a embed script but I am not sure how to get it to display in the forum. right now I have a link posted that our members can click on to open the spreadsheet but it is a pain. we would like to display the spread sheet as a " flight board" for active flights. please see below and help or suggestions would be appreciated.

You will have to install mod for this feature. You may change other mod like Youtube autoembed mode.
You can also install portal mod like TinyPortal which have option to create custom html pages.
