Updating test board from 2.0.12 to latest 2.1 snapshot gets stuck at step 4

Hello!

Trying to upgrade copy of our running board from 2.0.12 to latest github dev snapshot. The upgrade process starts, but gets stuck at step 4 - Updating database.

The failing part is:

"Please be patient - this may take some time on large forums. The time elapsed increments from the server to show progress is being made!
Executing: "Upgrading "verification questions" feature" (24 of 54)"

Restarting upgrade just gets stuck at same point.

Freebsd 10.3, PHP 5.6, Postgres 9.3

Any ideas or suggestions how to get forward?

Got my upgrade issues sorted out, thanks Albertlast. Now putting the test board through it's paces
