Previously known as Tamuril, I used to make themes for the old SMF 1.x. I recently joined again to make new themes for SMF 2.x.
You can see my old themes for SMF 1.x here: http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php?action=search;basic_search=tamuril

If my new theme is approved, I will go ahead and redesign the old themes for SMF 2.x.

Looks sweet enough :)

Do you have plans to make it responsive?

solarhythmia

Thanks.  :) I'd like to do that. I didn't realize until after I made the theme that responsive templates were popular for SMF. If it is approved, I will work on making it responsive. It will probably take me a few weeks because I just started learning how to design CSS for mobile devices.

Splendid reply. I look forward to your future creations  8)

The theme is responsive now. The customization team pointed out a few errors with the original theme that are now fixed. Waiting on a second review. Hopefully it will be approved this time.

I like the color combination, but I somewhat dislike the leaf, especially on the category thumbnail. Any reason why you use leaf?

It's a bamboo leaf and the high contrast colors are similar to those found in Japanese motifs. Bamboo is a prominent part of Japanese art. You can always replace the leaves with your own images and retain the color scheme if you'd like.
