Coding problems

I installed smf on a server and I installed it in Castilian and I have coding problems. I've put it in utf-8 but it's still wrong.

Which version of SMF are you using?

Could you please be more specific on what your error is? Maybe some pictures would help. Also, if you are running 2.1, what version? The latest from GitHub or Beta 2?
