Banners and the Oxygen theme

I am so happy with the oxygen theme.  It realy cleans up the forum.  Kudos to bloc.  I'd really like to add a mod to the forum to allow me to control ad banners through the admin panel,  Is this possible?  Have you run into any hacks that do this?
