click on the name of the profile, then you can modify the profile by editing the permissions for each group which is what the second screenshot shows you can do.

this is a profile you would set to a board once you change the permissions to what you want for each group.

Ok, I think I got it. I was mixing groups with permissions and didn't see the difference. Maybe because I used too simillaire names. After redoing it, it became brighter.
