Standard functions like posting and banning , unavailable or forbidden ??

Trying to post it says 503 service unavavilable temp busy try again, been like that over 24hrs

trying to ban a forum member says 403 forbidden ??

I am senior admin using correct passwords in version 2.13

new to this so apologies if the answer lies elsewhere but couldn't see it

actually... that sounds like host issues, outside of smf.

Tonight I also faced the error 503 Service unavailable. I did not aware from this but after seeing my analytics with 0 unique visits I got to know.

Kindered, what it can be? Is this a Host issue or my code issue? Actually I had customized my SMF code.

BTW now forum is UP and works fine. But why i got this issue?
