Dear All,

is there a way to create a category  Example: ( Complaints )

anyone can create a topic and he can modify his topic and reply to it but no one else can see his topic only admins and moderators

in this way anyone can complaint in a private way.

is there a mod for it or it can be done without mod.

Absolutely a much nicer and cleaner solution than trying to do this with a board.
