PHP version supported

Hi,

Is there any plans for upgrade of php to version 7.0 for SMF 2.0.x.
It is a problem that SMF does not support version 7.0, when having several database applications running on the same server, and some of them needs php 7.0 to run smoothly.

SMF 2.0.x will support PHP 7 in the next version (2.0.14) which will be released fairly soon.
