Hey folks! :) Just popping in after about a year. How's PHP7 and any PDO support

I'm kinda itching to come back to SMF but now that I changed hosts and have php 7 and PDO (shying away from mysqli) I've made the decision to wait on SMF until it gets more mature.

Any timetables on these two issues?

SMF 2.0 is getting it shortly, I thought 2.1 already had it.

SMF 2.1 is not getting PDO, it's going down the MySQLi route (mostly for the convenience of existing modders; PDO does not magically confer any benefits that MySQLi doesn't especially given SMF has a prepared query system)
