How do you insert an image?

When I click on the image link it comes up with . I tried putting in the URL of an image but it's not showing up. What am I doing wrong please?

Put the actual URL of an image between img BBC tags

[img]http://url.of.image[/img]

Ok, thank you. I couldn't get it to work but it seems the URL I was using probably wasn't correct. I've tried with another image now and it's working.
