File not found 404 error

I recently was working on the files after I moved the forum. I should of known better as I was too tired. Ended up crashing the site so I downloaded a back up of the data base and all files from the 10th of April. Now when I try to run index.php I get a File not found error. I looked on the server and all files including index.php and settings.php so the restore seems to of worked.

None of the forum files are in the /ts_chat/ directory.  You've uploaded them to the wrong place, possibly to your account root.  If you have a public_html directory, that's where /ts_chat/ has to be.

I just checked using FileZella and they are all in TS_Chat and TS_Chat is under public_html

Does the capitalization of the file name matter?

Yes, it's case sensitive.  Forum loads if /TS_Chat/ is used.
