Board category disappeared for Administrator

In smf 2.0.13 I have two board categories, one viewable by everyone, one viewable only by people in a member group.  The boards viewable by everyone (even guests who are not logged in) stopped showing up for me, the Admin.  This happened suddenly and I haven't made any changes to permissions.  If I log out, or log in with a test account I can view the public boards, but it disappears when I log in with my Admin account.

Have you collapsed the category when logged in as Admin?

Yes thank you.  The theme I was using (Yansima) doesn't handle collapsed categories well and completely removes them.
