I'm getting these errors. Like I said.  Please, don't post just to get your post count up, if you can't help don't post.

I can't help if you don't give details. A simple image doesn't tell me what errors are happening to your forum.

You've posted a screenshot of a piece of code. That's like going to a doctor and saying 'I have a bone in my body' - we need to know the actual errors you're getting, what the error log actually says etc.

Do you honestly go to your doctor and say nothing more than 'I have an illness'? Or do you give them the symptoms, what hurts, what doesn't feel right?

You've given me a piece of code. You've not given me what the error log says is wrong with that code because that code looks fine. I need symptoms!
