Problem after uninstall some addon. lose all below "MARK ALL MESSAGES AS READ"

I using default theme curve for explain problem.

After finish uninstall Piwik addon mod site page is lose footer credit and something lower than "MARK ALL MESSAGES AS READ"
below image you can see end line border and footer. We lose on first page only.

How to dissolve this problem?

I'm not sure about problem from piwik mod addon,

I'm inprogress uninstall piwik addon and ad management and found this problem after finish that all. I think may be problem from Piwik addon mod.
If we backup mysql + clean install new one and restore backup, may be dissolve right?

I don't found smf 2.0.6 download. can you bring download url for me?  Thank you

Problem resolve, replace old one with downloading file.
