Force all users to accept revised T&Cs?

We need to update the Terms and Conditions for users using our website and providing content (often unsolicited).

Is there some way that all users can be made to review the T&C page and have to accept it again? I was thinking that a start would be to force them to log back in, , but that is probably not be the solution.
