Issue with Log in when people use the one under the banner

Hi all, I have attached two images. Capture 1 is the place which is causing issues. Capture 2 is the message.

Basically if anyone tries to log  in using the (quick login?) they get the error mentioned in Capture 2

I *THINK* this was after patching from 2.0.13 to 2.0.14.

I thought it was an issue the server end, so I contacted them and they tried it and said it is a scripting issue and that I should report it here?

For now I have disabled the quick log in option, but I'd like to be able to use it.

Have also removed the option to log in on simple portal so that there's only the main way to log in/register now.

Please could you help?
