Images and attachments

Is there a mod that, when the "image" icon in the editor is clicked will open a window which offers to upload a photo from the user's HD and place it inline as one option, and as another option, ask for the url of an internet based image? I have seen (and used) this done on other forums.


If there is not such a mod, may I please request one?

that does not, however, change the function of the img bbc, which is what the icon triggers...
