captcha for 2.0.13

I am using SMF 2.0.13 and my site has been hit with various spam registration and user.

1) How to enable recaptha?
2) Cannot delete spam user from Administration > Member > View Members. CLicking the checkbox opens up the send message page.

Shall i update my forum to 2.0.15?

1. recatcha is a mod.

2.0.14 is out.

I suggest using questions and answers for registration.

Added recaptcha mod and working fine but if error occurs than the error message is not relevant to recaptcha. It says "The letters you typed don't match the letters that were shown in the picture."

and please help with question 2 also
