Load advertisements when page load is fully done?

Google syndication is blocked here. Whenever I try to loada page in simplemachines.org, it just stalls waiting for googlesyndication to timeout. Is it possible activate the ad after the page has fully loaded?

I personally find that solutions such as Ghostery block even the request being made, let alone it timing out...

Anyway, no third-party website should affect the main site's general loading process.
