Forum blank after instal 2.0.14

Just installed the smf_patch_2.0.14 and now the forum is blank...i get a HTTP ERROR 500

Can someone tell me the best and quickest way to maken this unhappen without a large backup? Just set back the backup files with ftp which are changed on the time of installation?

Or is there some more simple way?

if you check your server error log it should tell you what is causing the 500 error, if you post that here we can help you actually fix the issue at hand.

then you need to upgrade your php version to 5.4 or higher.
